Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 5 September 2026. These terms govern the use of the Masar Next website and the provision of our services.
1. Definitions
"Masar Next", "we", "us" means Masar Next, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. "Client", "you" means the person or entity purchasing services. "Services" means any work described in a signed proposal, quotation or contract.
2. Proposals and contracts
Each engagement is defined by a written proposal or contract stating scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately. Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, projects require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due at agreed milestones. Invoices are payable within 30 days and include VAT at the applicable rate. Late payments may pause work.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, content, approvals and information needed to deliver the Services, and to ensure that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, including source code and designs. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and may reference the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
6. Third-party products
Hardware, software licences, hosting and advertising spend purchased on your behalf are subject to the respective vendors’ terms and warranties.
7. Warranties and support
We correct defects reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge. Ongoing maintenance and support are provided under separate monthly agreements.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss caused by factors outside our control.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties keep each other’s non-public information confidential during and after the engagement.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Work completed to the date of termination is invoiced; deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Riyadh.
