AI Solutions
Smart systems built around each client’s needs.
AI that solves a specific problem in your operations — not a demo. We build Arabic-first assistants, document automation, forecasting and computer vision, connected to your real data and systems.

Evaluate an AI workflow before launch
Start with one repeatable task, accessible source material and a person who can judge the answers. A pilot establishes whether the workflow is useful enough to deploy.
Choose a bounded task
Examples include answering from approved policies or extracting fields from invoices for staff review. Define what the system must decline or escalate. A search page or a simple rule may be sufficient for a smaller problem.
Map data and permissions
Identify source owners, access roles, retention, deletion and every model or hosting provider involved. Agree where processing and logs occur before sharing private data. Saudi hosting is an architecture requirement to verify, not a blanket claim about every AI provider.
Test both languages
Build a held-out Arabic and English question set with expected answers and sources. Include ambiguous questions, missing evidence and attempts to bypass instructions. Measure correctness, citation support, escalation, latency and cost against a manual baseline.
Control connected actions
For CRM or booking integrations, specify allowed reads and writes, authentication, audit records and failure handling. Require human confirmation for consequential actions and test retry behaviour before enabling them.
Plan the pilot and handover
Estimate after reviewing data quality, volume, integration access and acceptance criteria. Keep pilot and production approval separate. Agree configuration ownership, evaluation records, monitoring, model usage fees and the process for correcting wrong answers.
Inputs, launch and ownership
What we need from you
The documents or data the assistant should use, a contact who knows the domain, and your hosting preference.
What you receive at launch
A tested assistant with source citations, an admin view of questions and answers, and a human review step before it goes live.
What stays yours
Your data and the agreed configuration, with provider licences, processing locations and operating costs documented before launch.
How it works
Use-case discovery
Pick the problem with the clearest return and available data.
Data & pilot
Prepare data, build a pilot and measure against a baseline.
Production build
Integrate with your systems, secure it, monitor accuracy.
Operate & improve
Retraining, governance and monthly reviews.
Common questions
See all FAQs →Where is our data hosted?
Hosting, model processing, logs and retention are agreed during scoping. If in-Kingdom processing is required, each provider and integration must be checked before private data is shared.
Do we need a data team?
No — we handle data preparation and hand over documented pipelines.
How do you measure success?
Against a baseline agreed in discovery: time saved, accuracy, revenue.
