Your account email or a suitable way to reply.

The workspace name and your relationship to it.

The information to remove: a user account, particular records or the whole workspace.

Do not send passwords, access tokens or a full conversation history. If necessary to identify a record, start with an account identifier or partially masked phone number.

What happens next

We check the requester's identity, authority and data scope, then identify what can be deleted. Authorization from the business controlling the records may be needed. Requests are currently handled manually; this page supplies contact instructions and is not an automated Meta deletion callback. Relevant database records, files, logs and backups must be checked, and the outcome and any remaining scope explained to you. We do not promise immediate complete deletion or an unverified completion deadline.

Limits

Disconnecting a channel or ending a session does not delete previously stored records. A request does not delete your Facebook or WhatsApp account, another participant's copy of a conversation, or authorize migrating or disconnecting a WhatsApp Business phone number. Limited security records and backups can remain until handled within their applicable scope; any such limitation should be explained in the response.
